Do you color hair or do extensions?

At this time, I specialize exclusively in haircutting and don’t offer color services or extensions. Haircuts are truly what I love most, and I’ve chosen to focus on continually refining my cutting craft so I can provide the best experience and results for every guest. ♥

What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Regardless of the circumstances, appointments cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or modified within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Any changes made within that window will incur a late cancellation fee and will be charged 50% of the service fee.

No call / No shows will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur 100% of the service fee.

As an independent hairstylist, when you reserve an appointment, you’re reserving a dedicated block of my time. Last-minute cancellations often leave me unable to fill that appointment, meaning I lose the opportunity to work with another guest during that time.

That said, I completely understand that life can throw curveballs! I’m always happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge, as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to make any changes, please reach out to me through Instagram DMs or email, and I’ll do my best to help!

The late cancellation fee isn’t meant to be a punishment, they simply help protect my time, my business, and every guest’s scheduled appointment throughout the day. Thank you so much for your understanding and support! ♥

I’m running late to my appointment! What’s your policy?

I completely understand that things happen, plus traffic on island can be crazy! I’ll always do my best to be understanding if you’re running late, especially for your first appointment with me.

Because of the nature of my work, efficiency is incredibly important. Running on time allows me to give every guest the care and attention they deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services we can complete during the remaining time. For example, we may need to skip a blowout or styling service to stay on schedule. Depending on the haircut, I may recommend rescheduling the appointment so you can receive the full experience without both of us feeling rushed.

Please keep in mind that repeated lateness can disrupt my schedule and experience of other guests. If tardiness becomes a recurring pattern, I reserve the right to refuse service moving forward.

My goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone, and respecting appointment times allows me to provide the best service possible for each guest. Thank you for understanding and valuing my time as much as I value yours! ♥

Should I come with clean hair?

Clean hair is preferred, but not required! Since I’ll be washing your hair before your haircut, there’s no need to stress if it’s not freshly washed.

For new guests especially, I do recommend coming in with your hair dry, natural, and with minimal product if possible. Seeing your hair in its natural state helps me understand your texture, density, movement, and how your hair naturally falls, allowing me to create a haircut that works with you and your lifestyle.

After I get a chance to see your hair as it naturally is, I’ll take care of the rest. I’ll be shampooing your hair before your cut, so just come as you are. ♥

What’s the difference between a Ladies Cut and a Hair Dusting?

First, I want to acknowledge that I don’t personally love gendered haircut terminology. Haircuts are for everyone, regardless of gender, and my services are based on the haircut you’re looking for!

A Ladies Cut is my primary haircut service. The name is simply how it’s listed in the booking system. This includes a relaxing shampoo, your customized haircut, and my signature blowout style with detailing at the end. This is the service to book if you’re looking for a trim, a transformation, or a more detailed haircut, including: layers, wolf cuts, shags, bobs, pixies, or any short haircut shapes. This is my main service and what I recommend for most guests.

A Hair Dusting is a simplified service that does not include a wash, blowout, or any styling. I recommend this for guests who are just looking for a very minimal clean up. Typically just taking off split / damaged ends from the tips with little to no change in the shape or length of your hair.

Hair Dusting VS. a Trim: A standard trim cuts off a measured amount of length (ex. half an inch to several inches), whereas dusting only targets damaged hairs peeking out.

I want to book a men’s cut! Do you use clippers? I’m looking for a fade lowkey.

I do offer men’s cuts! However, my current technique is shear and feathered-razor only, and I do not offer clipper cuts or fades at this time (but it’s something I’m continuing to learn and grow in so I can offer it in the future!)

If you’re looking for a traditional fade or clipper-focused haircut, I recommend seeing a barber who specializes in those techniques.

My men’s cuts are focused on texture, movement, and softness—perfect for anyone looking for a more natural, blended shape without harsh lines or edges. I love creating cuts that feel effortless, grow out beautifully, and complement your individual style.
